I really didn't want to resort to this, however the service provided by
Virgin Media is absolutely ridiculous!

Yeah, I know, you always get people ranting on Usenet, but believe me I am
usually pretty chilled out and it takes a lot to wind me up, however their
service has really got my back up. Honestly, I'm tempted to go back on dial
up until I get my MAC code, because the service they are providing is that
bad!!!

I don't want much, all I want is a useable internet connection.

I am still undecided who I will go with when I get my MAC. Until I get the
MAC I have been browsing, but not really looking seriously.

To be honest though, I just really don't trust what is written on broadband
providers websites since this, so I think I will go back to my previous ISP,
because at least I know that it works properly. At the moment I would be
happy to just go back to how it was before.

Submit feedback? They will already know that their is a problem from their
Aftersales departments. The only place to leave feedback is on the OFCOM
website to be honest.
