Is it just me, or is the ADSL slow tonight?

morning - just checked now187kbps download and 188kbps upload. Only slightly
worse that normal but I have noticed that the reduction in speed is taking
place earlier each day as the weeks go by.

There is no guarantee you are on the nearest exchange, you would need to
check that. I am almost the same distance from my nearest exchange and get
8157 Kbps download and 445 Kbps upload most of the day.
Downstream attenuation = 14dB, noise margin 20dB. Upstream attenuation =
0.5dB, noise margin 15dB. That's on a Netgear router.
