- Acer 800Lci and clean install of WinXP possible?

Is it possible to do a clean install of WinXP Pro using the system restore
disks that come with the Acer 800Lci? I did a system restore and I think
that WinXP (plus my usual office programs, such as word, paint shop pro,
etc) take up about 4gb. What's the size of a bare clean install of WinXP
Pro?
