Do anyone got some problem with alienware company ?

I bought an Area-51® m7700, with H/T technologie. A big mistake from
my part, alienware did not send me a processor with H/T, each time then
i call the custumer support i have to wait on from 30minutes to one
hour on the line, the IT guy try to tell me then my prossor have the HT
but Intel say then this processor do not support that.

Anyone got some problems with alienware, or i am the only one ?

As the page you have linked indicates, your processor is NOT a Hyper
Threading capable processor. If you can prove, with documentation, that the
machine you ordered does not have the processor you ordered, you should
contact AlienWare and demand they take the m7700 back and send you a model
with a Hyper Threading capable processor. They have a great reputation and
this does not sound like them.

Yes I call then like 10 times, I spend around 10hours total on the
phone with them. There will fix that, there will change my processor,
but I got a lot of trouble with those guys, so much trouble, then i
will never buy and oder computer there.
