Hello,

I have a i-series (2621) ThinkPad that has this slight problem of no
cd's being able to boot from the cdrom all of a sudden. The cdrom
works fine however and in the bios I've set the first boot drive to
cdrom but no go!! Any thoughts?

It's fault of old ones that can't read CDR and CDRW , try oryginal disc
