Centrino and gaming?
Posted by CygnusX-1 on July 3rd, 2003

How good are the 1.7ghz Centrino based laptops for gaming, e.g.
bf1942 and other FPS, assuming the laptop has an ati or nvidia
vid card with at least 32MB and 512MB ram? Is the 1.7ghz Centrino
close to P4M 2ghz in processing speed? If you have links
comparint the chips, please post them.

They're fine for gaming. Didn't we tell you that last time you posted a q?

Tomshardware.com has some benchmarks.
