Hello,

I am inquiring about a Compaq Aero Contura 4/33 laptop/notebook. For
those of you who recall, it is a 486 33-mhz laptop. I am inquiring to
see if there is a way to increase the brightness (beyond that of the
contrast/brightness controls on the keyboard). The CCFL can be
replaced as I'm well aware. Is there anything in the circuitry of the
Inverter or display drive that could be modified to increase
brightness further?
