displaying laptop display on desktop
Posted by Aaron Toponce on August 2nd, 2003

I have a small network at home at which I am running Mac OS X, Sun
Solaris Unix, and Windows XP. I have just got them all networked
together, now I want to display my laptop (Windows XP) on either of my
two desktops (Unix and Mac). How can I do this? In other words, I
want my desktops moniter to show me everything that is on my laptop.
I realize I would be still be using my laptop for all the processing,
it would just be displayed on my desktop monitor. I have seen this
once before. I was done through a LAN line, but for the life of me I
can't figure it out or find any software. Please help.

Thanks!

In article <81f1e5dc.0308020600.68d10233@posting.google.com>,
top88keys@yahoo.com says...
only Windows/LKinux installable packages but the Unix source is there.
There's also quite a fwe more VNC server/clients out there. Try TUCOWS.
