I can not turn it on. When battery is installed or the AC adaptor is
plugged in the Orange 'battery charging' LED glows, but the switch
will not work at all.

It looks like from previous threads that people replaced the
motherboard and that solved the problem, but did anyone ever find out
what the exact issue with the motherboard is?
