Can someone explain how the antenna switch works on the Toshiba
Satellite?
- Does it directly power down the mini-pci card?
- Does it just disconnect the antenna (and somehow therefore draw
less power)

Also, what is the difference between the two antenna wires?
- Are they both switched?

Will the card work (albeit only at very close range) if both antenna
wires are disconnected? or does the antenna wire itself act as a
switch...
