Hi,

I've got a thinkpad 600x which doesn't boot.

When I switch it on it beeps the code:

[long][short][short] [10sek pause] [short][short]
then again short break and the same again

Does anyone have a link to a beep code table or does know what that beep
code means ?!? Some people told me to change the cmos battery, I did that,
but its the same as before.

If this is OT for this group I'm sorry, didnt knew where to post it.

from IBM (see link below) as this will have the POST beep codes with
explainations.
