- PHDisk utility for Panasonic Toughbook CF-27EB6GCAM

I recently bought a used Panasonic Toughbook model #CF-27EB6GCAM.
When I bought it the hard drive had been wiped and the machine had
64MB of RAM. I Upgraded the RAM to 192MB and now I get the following
error:
Save to disk file not found
Save to disk feature disabled
I know that I need to run the PHdisk utility to resolve the issue but
cannot find a copy of the utility for my computer (it is my
understanding that PHdisk is generally tailored to the configuration
of the machine that it is installed on... and that the utility is
generally provided by the computer manufacturer).
Does anyone have a copy of PHdisk for the CF-27EB6GCAM?

Actually, I think that Phdisk is generic, and is not specific to the
computer model.

But, in general, if I'm having trouble finding drivers and utilities
at the US Panasonic
website, I've had better success at www.panasonic.ca
