Playing DVD on SONY VAIO GR390
Posted by UGModeler on December 18th, 2003

I have tried to play a number of different DVD movies (using WinDVD), but
all I get is "Reduce the screen resolution or color depth", even after I've
gone to 16bit (medium) and 800x600. I've never been able to play a movie.
What am I doing wrong?

How is the ATI Radeon video set up? Are you using a current version of
WinDVD?

How is the Radeon set up ?? I don't know what the answer should be. It's
set up right, I guess. I have already checked that I have the latest drives
and WinDVD version. Should I look at another DVD player software? Any
recommendations?

Thanks
