That is PC5300 DDR2 in an SO-DIMM package. It's a standard, readily
available commodity item. You can get it anywhere.
Note: It's very likely that the laptop has two memory modules sockets.
If you use "architecturally identical" modules in both sockets, it's
likely (not certain, but likely) that the computer will operate in dual
channel memory mode. This can potentially provide a very significant
performance benefit to the computer, almost doubling the speed of the
memory system.
In any other configuation, it may work but will revert back to single
channel memory mode.
