- Replacing Acer Travelmate fan
- Posted by John W on August 17th, 2003
My Acer Travelmate 342T is overheating. I'm fairly sure that I need a new
fan (the heatsink is getting very hot but theres no hot air comming out of
the grill near the fan). The question is - how do I get at the fan? I've
taken the keyboard off and undone all the screws around the heatsink but
everything seems to be stuck solid. Anyone got any suggestions?
