source for CDRW drives

Looks like I need to replace a VAIO CDRW in a PCG-FR130. I have the Sony
part number ( 179662711 ) and was wondering if the group knew of a reliable
source for a refurbished part ? Also I see this listed as another number
( SBW241 ) and thought this might be an equiviliant I could swap in with the
Sony face plate.

I am trying to not have to order the part from the factory for $$$$. TIA.

Because of faceplate issues, you need an exact replacement drive, not so
much the "Sony" part but the mfgrs. part (Sony may have used multiple
brands of drives in the same laptop model, but the faceplates would
probably be different).

Take the drive out, see who made it, and buy an exact model drive.

This drive is identified in hardware manager as QSI SBW-241 however I am
really concerned about opeing htis thing up. I pulled all the screws out
of the bottom and no joy. No problem making the hardware switchove but I am
concerned about through my ignorance what I migth do.
