- T42 - best replacement battery

I bought an IBM / Lenovo T42 on Ebay and the battery appears to be
draining relatively quickly.
Does anyone have a recommendation for replacement batteries? There seems
to be many non-IBM listed on EBay in the $45 range, are they any good?
