Are there notebooks with RAM at 333 MHz?

Are there notebooks with RAM at 333 MHz?: Posted by Ninja Killer on July 4th, 2003; What is the fastest RAM I can find in a notebook?
Until now I've seen only models with 266 DDR. Is this the limit?
