- thinkpad Zoomed Video support

I am interested in the X20-X24, X30-X31 series of Thinkpads. I have
yet to find an X22 with Zoomed Video support. Does one exist? If so
what is the model nunmber?
Likewise, is Zoomed Video available on X23-X24 and X30-X31?
