I have a Toshiba 210CT and when operating on battery it shut down on an
empty battery. Now it will not boot up with mains power or battery.
All I get when I switch on is the On light the disc light briefly then
nothing. No messages on screen even pressing the reset button fails to
resolve the problem. Also the on /off switch will not work when it is in
thgis state and you require to unplug thge power supply to switch it off.
