Hi folks,
I have a loaded question for you all. Here goes: Chicony MP978, Intel
Pentium MMX 233 CPU, 128 MB Memory, I am uable to determine who made the
motherboard. I would like to update the motherboard and install a faster
CPU and more memory. Is this possible/practical/? Chicony no longer
supports their computers, I think they only build keyboards at this time. I
have tried to contact the folks at Orphaned Laptops and they don't respond
to my e-mails and the website hasn't been updated for the past 6 months.
If this is a doable project, where do I start?
