what is a 'foot'?
Posted by Zen Cohen on April 26th, 2005

On a warranty repair, Sony replaced my laptop's mobo, hdd, and a 'foot'
(actually 2 of them). Probably a dumb question but is this an internal part
or something that goes on the outside?
Here's a link to the part:

Probably them "little rubber feet" which support your 'puter.
Everybody I know has asked at least once the Einsteins at Best Buy (Circuit City,
....) about the quantity and size of LRF on a particular computer :-)))
