- BOOT CD
- Posted by mike420@ziplip.com on October 1st, 2003
I'd like to make a boot CD for my system. How can I do this without
poring over docs for hours?
I know there is a script called bootcd,
but it only works with debian-installed kernels.
Also, if possible, I'd like to make it an installer, boot and
rescue CD, and I'd also like to put some of my own files on it
(like DEBs cache and /usr/local in on tar-ball). I think there should be enough space for all 4 on one CD.

Check out these sites http://trinityhome.org/trk/index.html and
http://www.knoppix.org/ and others like them. There is lots of info out
there but that will take allot of reading.
