booting up linux

hi there,
i m having Linux and Windows on my System(dual boot, GRUB) cause of some
reason windows crash..and i had to reinstall windows which overwrited GRUB
initial boot code :-(

now it directly boots windows without OS selection screen of grub, also i m
not having Linux BOOT disk, is ther any way that i can get my Linux sytarted
again ???

or do i have to go in for Reinstalling Linux (

any suggeestion ??

But then I haven't used redhat in a long time.
