- Filemanager - low mem, but reasonably comfortable?

Konqueror is pretty cool, but what if I insist on speed with a filemanager?
MC is alright, but my version lacks mouse support.
Console is slow for me when it comes to typing in file names.
What is your choice?

Meta-Return copies whatever file or dir is under the cursor to the commandline.
(the NAME that is :-)
MC takes a bit to learn, but is an incredible tool. Throw in some of your
own scripts and you've got the best desktop environment in the world.
I don't use a mouse with MC.
The manpage is a lot more useful than its internal help files. You can open
it in the shell "behind" mc which you get to and from with Ctrl-o, but
when you return to it from playing with MC, you have to do a Ctrl-r to
restore the screen.
Oops. I am rambling. .

Forget the plastic rodent. Fast in the short run and SLOW in the long run.
If you are going to master the computer you are going to have to learn how
to touch type. No way around it.
(using ed has radically improved my typing, because you can't USE ed
unless you can type fairly well)

Very very fast, built in archiving tools etc, handy two-pane mode
my long time favourite.
