Sorry for this simple question. I am new to Linux.

I have installed Knoppix and can boot it successully. Now I want to reduce
the size/dimension of the icons in the taskbar/program bar an the bottom
of the screen. The size should me analog to the size of the icons on the
taskbar in Windows.
Which option do I have to change to get the desired appearance?
