I use Mozilla Firebird as a browser

I am after a stand alone version of Mozilla Composer

I am finding articles saying that such a package exists, however I go
the Mozilla website and I cant find it.

I am looking for the source code to this.

Don't know how usable it is yet, but there are plenty of other good
html tools available with source code.
