- [RH 7.3] eth0 wont start after Kernel upgrade to 2.4.20-20.7

I just upgraded my kernel from 2.4.18 to 2.4.20-20.7 by downloading the
package and instilling it. I rebooted and now my LAN nic wont start.
it uses ne2k-pci for driver.
are there any know issues or anything that I can do?
