- Windowmaker help
- Posted by Captain Dondo on August 19th, 2003
I've been setting up a couple of computers for my kids. I want to use
WindowMaker as it's lightweight and has a very simple interface.
How do I remove the WM Configuration and workspace icons? I really don't
want the kids to be playing in there quite yet.
The rest of it seems pretty simple to figure out.
Thanks,

What do you mean with workspace icons? If you mean the clip start
wmaker with --no-clip (man wmaker). Removing WPrefs is probably
not a good idea, but if you really want to do it, right click on
the icon, select settings and uncheck Lock. The you can remove
it like any other icon by dragging it away from the dock..
