I got one of the arab chicks too....I was on hold 4ever! I got my
support conformation in the e-mail while i was on hold and 5 minutes
later she finally came back. Is it just me or has dell service turned
stupid recetly...I do a lot of calls to dell for warrenty
replacements.. For a while it was really streamlined and easy...now i
get bunches of phone menus that take forever and people asking me
stupid questions.... Dell tech "Is the power cord plugged in??" ----
ME"YES I CHECKED THE POWER CORD!!! THIS IS WHAT I DO FOR A
LIVING!!!!!"
Anywas it seems like their service has really fragmented into multiple
departments or somthing...it is getting confusing to deal with
them.....and don't get me started on the premier.dell.com support
pages...i think they move things daily in there....i can never find
what i need in there
OK I have ranted and feel better now....if anyone else has had similar
exp. please post!

HAH! Ok I admit, that is what it sounds like...but I do a lot more
than that...That would be a crappy job...examining power cords for a
living!!
