what is main difference between ARM7TDMI and ARM7TDMI-S ? what does -
mean here ? Thanks.

The ARM7TDMI is a hardcore.
The ARM7TDMI-S is a synthesizable version of the ARM7TDMI.
It was originally developed for National Semiconductor based on my
recommendations
but I doubt that National used it for anything useful.
