Does anyone have a datasheet for this chip from Vineyard Technologies?

I think Vineyard is out of business now, and I've searched high and
low for this datasheet on the web for the past 3 days. I can't seem
to find it online anywhere.

I think this chip is either an MPEG1 or MPEG2 encoder.

If it is, you'll have a very hard time finding anything other than a
short-form feature list. In fact, the easiest way to learn more about
it will likely be to reverse-engineer any accompanying firmare. MPEG
codec datasheets are seemingly always supplied under strict NDA.
