Is it possible to have one of the window operating 95,98,XP, system reboot
without having a keyboard or mouse connected, this is for using in
conjuction with a GPS programs that auto executes as soon as the operating
system boots up.
Still using windows because it works with all the freeware GPS programs.

Yes especially when its eXP, embedded XP! Its called a headless system.
