Freescale as introduced the S12XE 16-bit microcontroller product line. First device has
1MByte of Flash:

1 MByte of Flash and 64K RAM is great but surely relative to that 16-bit
processor is a piddling little thing in the corner, so why not make it easy
to use by putting something 32-bit there!
