- Implementing soft reat time process

Sir,
I want to know how to implement soft real time process in linux. I want
to display a frame within 40ms. It should repeat at every 40ms. How
can I achieve this in linux? What command can I use? If anybody knows
please help me.

enable_irq is one command you might use.
