panel display--- on linux box

panel display--- on linux box: Posted by Mylinux on August 20th, 2003; I wish to display the IP address hostname or other information on LCD panel
smaller enough fitted a "front part of a floppy drive".

the information is drawn from the pci databus , power and "internal thing".
does any one can show me some schematics?
