I don't know what site you are on, but from the sound of it, it's bad links.
It's also possible that your browser was hijacked or you have spyware
installed.
I would do a Virus scan, run the MS Antispyware tool as well as Lavasoft's
Adaware and Spybot Search & Destroy.
The last 2 can be downloaded from http://www.majorgeeks.com. In the left
column, click Spyware tools, click them in the right pane to download.
