"Accept terms" screen when user logs in
Posted by u::l on October 8th, 2005

Hi
I would like to ask directions regarding the creation of a screen that will
pop up when a user logs in.
He'll have to accept the terms of usage (a lab we are running). If he
accepts he can continue using windows or else he will be logged out
(automatically will be the best. But evan a registry entry would be fine)

Good one Carey, BTW it also works for Win98/ME/2K.

The Custom Login Message did the job fine. Just two more questions.

Is there a way to change the time until the login screen (where you enter
the username and password) changes back to the scrren that says "press
alt+ctrl+del to login". I just want to make it shorter.

From what I 've seen the Custom Login Message Dialog box is not
customizabele(scroll bars, change the button from OK to "Yes I accept the
terms") right?
