- Acrobat 7 issues on WinXP
- Posted by SeaMaid on October 1st, 2005
I am thinking of upgrading my Acrobat 6 Std for Acrobat 7 Std. There are
numerous posts in various forums and newsgroups about problems with Acrobat
6. It is bloated and causes problems with IE and Windows. Supposedly, many
such "issues" have been corrected in Acrobat 7. Is that true? Has anyone
actually used the full version Acrobat 7 (not the free Adobe Reader) and can
tell me how it reacts on Windows XP Pro SP2? Also using Office XP.

Acrobat 7 Professional causes no problems for me. Ver 6 did have problems
interfacing with I.E.

Thanks for telling me about your experience with Acrobat 7 Pro. Can someone
tell me about their experience with Acrobat 7 Standard?
