to install it, but it will not let me. Should I un-install Service Pack 2 and
then re-install it? It also tell's me I have a fatal error and need to update
Smart Link Modem Driver and I can't find that anywhere. What do I do?

ActiveX:-
'A set of technologies that allows software components to interact with
one another in a networked environment, regardless of the language in
which the components were created.'
To install the ActiveX control:-
1.Click the Information Bar.
2.Click Install ActiveX Control.
If a site tries to download a program without your permission, you'll
see the alert. Then you can choose to download the program, but if you
don't know and trust the source, then simply avoid it.
You must not uninstall sp2.
To update the modem driver you have to download and install the latest
driver from the manufacturer's website.Visit the following link:-

Click on-'Windows users please click here' and proceed as instructed.
