My corporation utilizes Seagate Crystal Reports for our clients and they are
required to download an ActiveX controller for IE in order to view their
reports. If downloaded in the Administrators group in 2000/XP, everything
works just fine. If downloaded and installed in the Administrators group and
then dropped down into the Users group, the ActiveX controller no longer
works.

Where in XP and/or IE can I tweak to allow this controller to work in the
Users group?
