Running XP Home on a Toshiba laptop.

I have a utility that I installed but it didn't add itself to the Start, all
programs menu. It runs fine from Windows Explorer, double click the .EXE
file. How can I add this to the All Programs menu listing?

Go to where the programs exe is located i.e. c:\program files\......., then
mouse over on it, right click, then select pin to start menu.
Another option is to go to documents and settings, select the user acct you
want (probably yours) open start menu folder, open the programs folder then
drag the program or folder and create a shortcut(not copy or move).
