I changed my admin password on Windows XP and now I have forgotten it - any
way to access the system?

If not can I see event viewer as a standard user?

How can I gain access to a Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 computer if I forgot
the administrator's password? How can I reset the administrator's
password if I forgot it?

Greetings,

I suppose you using Active@ Password Changer utility to reset lost or
forgotten password. That worked for me, the tool is really easy to use
and can quickly perform the operation. Give it a try, I'm pretty sure
you will find it really useful.

Go to http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ and download the boot
disk, this will enable you to reset any system password on an NT class
operating system.
