- Application program opened in XP after logon
- Posted by Kane on February 10th, 2006
Hi;
My user told me, he has totally logoff his computer before he left office
yesterday but when he logon this morning (Ctrl+Alt+Del to logon to network)
, he found that the application programs like Outlook, internal application,
etc open already. He said, this is not the first time. He thought,
somebody might realize his logon password and open the programs in sequence
like him. I just gave him a temp solution to ask him totally power off the
computer before he go everyday. But, do anyone of you got the similar
experience?

Hi Kane,
Are you sure the user didn't accidentally 'lock' the workstation, which
would leave all his apps as they were ?

This is what I thought but he was very firmly to confirm that he watched the
computer logoff and return to logon screen (Ctrl-Alt-Del) screen before he
left.
