What needs to be entered in the Microsoft Search Box to show links to their
often helpful Articles?

Hello,
There is the Microsoft Knowledge Base here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...sd=GN&ln=EN-US
You can enter a KB article number, ie(KB867460) or, a keyword in the search
box.
