assigning windows key to functio or other key
Posted by David on December 1st, 2005

My new IBM thinkpad R50e doesn't have a "Windows" key - I understand it's
possible to assign one of the other keys to be a "Windows" key, but I can't
seem to locate how to do this anywhere. Can anyone help me out here?

I'm using xp home.

Thanks,

The Windows key seems to send the values of <CTRL>+<ESC> keys. You would need
to locate the key assignment software (IBM) and select the key you wish to
program.
