- Attempting to copy from Excel to Adobe Illustrator

I have a user that is attempting to copy a selected number of cells from an
Excel spreadsheet to an Adobe Illustrator file. The user stated that this
problem doesn't occur on other machines and the user also stated that other
users in his area don't have the same problem. If anyone has seen this
problem, or knows how to fix it, please let me know ASAP.

I think I solved the problem by having the user upgrade his office package.
It seems to have worked with other users that have had the same problem, so
thanks for your help!!
