Just recently my PC seems to have been struck with slow syndrome. It seemed
to happened after I emptied my IE cache. Now auto complete takes about 5
seconds to kick in and multitasking has slowing down. ie, I have a video
encoding in the background, it's real slow unless it is the front most
application. This never happened before?

Any suggestions? I've checked for spyware and currently have none.
