- Auto-switching windows while typing

It REALLY SUCKS that windows will auto switch over to a popup from another
application while you're in the middle of something, and prompt you with a
popup box, which you prompty accidentally click on not knowing what the heck
happened!
I'll be typing up an email, and all of a sudden a popup box from Visual
Studio or something will take focus on my machine, I'll hit space bar because
I'm typing, or Y or N or something and all of a sudden the box goes away.
Argh!!
It's especially annoying for the new automatic updates popup that comes up
every 30 seconds!

Some apps still steal focus and popup message boxes.
Haven't found a specific situation in which it happens reliably, but it DOES
happen.
If you couldn't tell, I was a little po'd in my first post after it had just
happened.
