Auto sync of "My Documents"

Auto sync of "My Documents": Posted by Julian on October 10th, 2005; What's the best 3rd party app to sync the "My Documents" folder to a network
share for a notebook user? I want the folder to be sync'ed (ie. backed up
with) the notebook user's home folder on Log On & Log Off. The server is
Win2003.
